Steve Colvin

Broker -  Steve Colvin is the Broker of Premier Cal Realty.  Steve has a total of 22 years of real estate experience and has been representing home buyers and sellers for the past seven years.  He possesses a well-rounded understanding of every component of real estate representation and has quickly propelled himself to become one of Orange County’s most successful real estate advocates.  Steve has been in senior roles representing multiple real estate investment entities which were largely responsible in the development of his knowledge and expertise in today’s real estate market, empowering him to understand the ever changing needs of the industry.  Steve has been an integral part of many real estate cycles from the early 90's, late 90's, mid 2000's to current market conditions.  He has experienced the highs and lows of real estate first hand.  In today's market, there is tremendous opportunity for first time homebuyers, homeowners looking to buy up, and investors. Jeff Goodpaster

Realtor -  Jeff Goodpaster is a graduate of San Diego State University and is a former U.S. Marine. He has a significant background in mortgage finance and was an award winning sales manager during the refi boom. When the market corrected in 2007, he volunteered for another four year enlistment in the Marines that included a combat tour in Afghanistan. His obligation to the Marines has ended and he is now a full time Realtor representing buyers and sellers in the North County San Diego area. Jeff has a strict work ethic and a "no-nonsense" approach to conducting real estate transactions. His background in mortgage finance gives him the ability to answer client questions without having to consult with a loan officer. He is available 24/7, to serious buyers and sellers of residential real estate.
